Personal Data Deletion

If you have contacted “DRAGANOVI S-IE” General Partnership through our website, Facebook, Messenger or any other communication channel, you may request the deletion of your personal data.

Please submit your request by email to sddraganovi@abv.bg, via Messenger on our Facebook page “СД Драганови С-ие”, or by post to: 1A Georgi Dimitrov Street, 4148 Krislovo village, Maritsa Municipality, Plovdiv Region, Bulgaria.

No special form is required.

You may use the subject line “Request for Personal Data Deletion”. Please provide your name or profile name, the communication channel you used and the approximate date of your contact with us.

Do not send passwords, access codes or copies of identity documents. If additional identity verification is necessary, we will explain what information or confirmation is required.

We will review the personal data under our control, including information in our enquiry and quotation register and connected integrations, and carry out the applicable deletion or restriction of processing.

Where necessary, we will also notify the relevant recipients or processors.

If certain data must be retained to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, we will inform you of the applicable legal basis and retention period or the criteria used to determine it.

We will respond within one month. This period may be extended by up to a further two months where permitted by law, and you will be informed of the extension within the initial one-month period.

Removing an application through your Facebook settings does not automatically delete data already stored by us.

A request submitted to us does not delete your Facebook account or the data that Meta processes for its own purposes.
